When we started Sorbet, we were driven by a simple belief: money should move as fast and seamlessly as internet.

We are living through one of the biggest financial revolutions of our generation. Stablecoins have grown from an experimental idea to a multi-trillion-dollar settlement layer, processing over $15 trillion annually and reshaping how value moves across borders.

For the first time, we have infrastructure that allows money to travel at internet speed — instantly, globally, and transparently.

Yet while innovation accelerated in the U.S., South America, and parts of Asia, much of the MENA region has been underserved by modern financial infrastructure.

Freelancers, startups, and SMBs here still face friction, delays, and high fees just to participate in the global economy. At Sorbet, we believe our region deserves better.
